About EUAIACTUS.COM

European legal training. U.S. delivery. Practical EU AI Act compliance.

Our primary market is the United States. EUAIACTUS.COM helps U.S. companies understand when European AI rules reach their products, systems and cross-border operations, while also supporting non-EU organisations with comparable EU exposure.

Who provides the service

EUAIACTUS.COM is a service provided by Lexara Advisory LLC, a U.S. company.

Lexara Advisory LLC provides cross-border AI governance and regulatory advisory. EUAIACTUS.COM is its specialist EU AI Act service for organisations that need to understand European requirements from a practical U.S. and international business perspective.

The service is delivered by an international legal and regulatory team led by Constantin Razvan Gospodin. The website is an independent professional resource and advisory service; it is not an EU institution, regulator, government website or certification body.

Why European legal training matters

A European regulation is easier to operationalise when its legal context is understood from inside Europe.

The EU AI Act is not an isolated technology rule. It sits within a wider European legal environment shaped by product regulation, fundamental rights, data protection, administrative enforcement and the institutional structure of the European Union.

European legal perspective

Our analysis starts with the Regulation itself, EU institutions, official guidance and the wider legal framework in which European compliance obligations are interpreted.

U.S. business context

We translate those obligations for U.S. companies, cross-border vendors and international teams that need a clear answer to what Europe expects from their AI systems.

Operational implementation

Legal requirements are converted into roles, controls, documentation, governance responsibilities, vendor evidence and review processes that organisations can actually use.

Primary-source first

Material regulatory claims are checked against EUR-Lex, the European Commission, the EU AI Office and other competent official sources.

Leadership

Constantin Razvan Gospodin

Constantin Razvan Gospodin is a European-trained lawyer who studied law in Romania and completed his Spanish legal qualification pathway in Spain. He is admitted to practise law in Spain through the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Santa Cruz de Tenerife (ICATF nº 5961).

His professional background combines legal practice, European regulatory analysis and AI governance. That combination is particularly relevant for U.S. companies facing a European regulation: the work requires not only reading the text of the EU AI Act, but understanding how European legal concepts, regulatory institutions and compliance expectations fit together.

Through Lexara Advisory LLC, he leads the EUAIACTUS.COM team in helping organisations scope their EU AI Act exposure, identify their role in the AI value chain, assess high-risk and transparency obligations, coordinate GDPR overlap and build evidence-based governance programmes.

International team

Legal analysis designed for cross-border AI operations.

EUAIACTUS.COM is built around an international legal and regulatory perspective. Our work is designed for organisations whose products, employees, customers, vendors or AI systems cross U.S.–EU borders and therefore cannot be understood through a single-jurisdiction lens.

For U.S. companies entering Europe

We help teams identify when EU rules may apply, which actor role they occupy and what evidence should exist before launch, procurement or deployment.

For global compliance teams

We support legal, privacy, risk, security, product, HR and procurement functions that need one coherent operating model for European AI obligations.

How we work

Law → system → control → evidence.

We do not begin with generic labels. We begin with the actual AI system, intended purpose, contractual position, affected people, geography and value-chain role.

1. Scope

Determine whether and how the EU AI Act reaches the organisation, product or deployment.

2. Classify

Identify actor role, risk category, transparency duties and related regulatory overlaps.

3. Operationalise

Translate legal requirements into owners, policies, controls, technical documentation and vendor obligations.

4. Evidence

Build a defensible record showing what was assessed, decided, implemented and reviewed.

Professional boundaries

Clear about what the service is — and what it is not.

Lexara Advisory LLC is a U.S. advisory company. Constantin Razvan Gospodin is admitted to practise law in Spain. EUAIACTUS.COM does not represent admission to a U.S. state bar, and use of this website does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
